Our community is the people who are there for us when things get tough and the people we run to when we have something exciting to share. I am a Northern Michigan transplant. I feel strongly rooted here and that has so much to do with all of the friends, hiking pals, patrons, neighbors, marketgoers, students, frisbee squad, and everyone who makes up the tapestry of people I turn to. It’s been exciting to channel some of that community energy into putting on another show with the Bellaire Artist Guild. We are a new and growing group of artists actively trying to make a living by sharing our gifts with our broader community. Two Hoots has a few holiday events on the calendar; this is by far the most exciting. I hope to see you there and we can raise a glass to the abundance of our Northern Michigan community!
